Everybody wants to be loved, or in love. Everybody wants a love like Romeo and Juliet. Sadly not every relationship works out that way. Not every relationship is going to have two people that are willing to die for each other, or even do anything to make their love work. That could be a good thing or a bad thing. Romeo and Juliet died to make their love work. Therefore despite the efforts of Romeo and Juliet to end up together, fate took away their love to end a family feud.

According to the Websters dictionary, fate is something that you have no control over but is destined to happen. Romeo and Juliet had no control over the way their life was planned out. Unfortunately fate may be the reason why Romeo and Juliet died the way they did. Or maybe it was just bad luck. Either way nobody will ever know, but we can at least find some conclusions.

Romeo and Juliets fate started to transpire when, Romeo went to the Capulets party. I'll go along, no such sight to be shown, But to rejoice in splendor of mine own Says Romeo. What Romeo is saying is that he will go to the party but with an unknown identity, but really is only going so that he can look at the women. Romeo also hoped to get over Rosaline. Thankfully going to the party helped him get over Rosaline but had him fallen for another girl. If there was no Rosaline then there wouldve been no Juliet.

The role of fate obviously played a major role in the tragedy. If Romeo wasnt heartbroken, over Rosaline then he wouldnt have gone to the Capulets party and met his love. Thus both fate and Rosaline was in a very important position. Without both fate, and Rosaline there wouldnt be the Romeo and Juliet that we know of today. We really cant blame just one person though. Romeo and Juliet were also both in a very important position.

Romeo and Juliet shouldve been smarter about the whole getting married thing. Romeo shouldve just told his family like a mature adult. Just as well as Juliet shouldve been a mature adult and tell her family. Instead they were acting as if they were young, dumb, and in love, and rush into things that they really werent even ready for. They at least shouldve talked about getting married before they went straight into doing it. If they wouldve just held their own and told their families like normal people, they probably wouldve at least had a chance at living. Like I said before we cant just blame one person, everybody has a part in it.

The servant, Peter, also had played an important role in the tragedy too. Now I'll tell you without asking: my master is the great rich Capulet; and if you be not of the house of Montagues, I pray, come and crush a cup of wine. Rest you merry, says Peter. Peter really didnt know that Romeo and Benvolio were Montagues, so you really cant blame him for asking them to come. What Peter shouldve known to do was to read. Since he couldnt read and since fate had Romeo, and Benvolio walk past at just the right time, they got invited. Romeo was irresponsible but brave to go to the party knowing it was his foes party. Anything couldve happened to Romeo. He could even have been killed at the party. Luck was on his side that day, because Tybalt was trying to battle Romeo.

Tybalt shouldve minded his business, and stayed out Romeo and Juliets love life. Even though what Romeo and Juliet did was wrong, Tybalt still had no right to take it into his own hands. Tybalt especially had no right to kill Mercutio. If Tybalt never wouldve killed Mercutio, then he wouldnt have challenged Romeo to say Mercutios soul must go with him, and then make Romeo kill Tybalt. What Romeo meant when he said that to Tybalt was since you killed my cousin, Mercutio, I am going to have to kill you too. Then Romeo wouldve never been banished from Verona. So in a way Tybalt also can be blamed for the tragedy too. Just as well as all the others who are blamed.

Friar John is another person who has some to blame for. If Friar John wouldve delivered the letter to Romeo in Mantua then Romeo wouldve known the truth about Juliets death. Since fate had a way of making things happen, Friar John didnt get the letter to Romeo because of a plague. Balthazar was the one to let poor Romeo know that the love of his life was dead. You cant blame Balthazar for telling Romeo, because Balthazar didnt know the truth either he was just doing his job. Romeo wouldve never got the poison, nor wouldve drunk it if Friar John just wouldve found a way and gave Romeo the letter. Juliet also had some fate problems too.
