The Mark of the Assassin is the story of Michael Osbourne, a CIA agent who stumbles onto the resurgence of an old case that plagued his early career. The case is a plane crash engineered by a killer who leaves his signature, three point-blank shots to the face, on a victim near the crime scene. Osbourne pursues his adversary past the point of obsession, losing himself in the chase as he races to stop the killer from striking again.
