MS. Found in a Bottle is an 1833 short story by Edgar Allan Poe about the narrator's mythic travels at sea. Leaving from Indonesia, his ship is hit by a hurricane. After being thrown overboard, the narrator manages to climb onto an enormous galleon, run by old men who cannot see him.
